Our pasture-raised Thanksgiving turkey will be the star of your dinner table! Pick up of your FRESH (not frozen) turkey will be Saturday, November 22 - Monday, November 24 in ARCADE, FILLMORE, PERRY, and ORCHARD PARK. Potentially we may add a Bergen pick up if there is enough interest, otherwise Perry is your closest location.
NEW!! We have a few heritage breed turkeys available as well. These will be FROZEN! Smaller, less breast meat, exceptional, old time flavor. We *may* have some fresh ones available as well, but we expect them all to need to be frozen ahead of time.
This year, you can reserve ahead AND choose your weight range. We CANNOT guarantee weights but we will get as close to your choice as possible. THE PRICE WILL BE $5 PER POUND. A $15 deposit is due when you place your order and the remainder is due at pickup. We will call and email before pick up to give you your location, time, and total.
